DROP-OFF SCHEDULE (no appointment necessary)

Tuesday, September 14th - 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Wednesday, September 15th - 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

You must arrive for drop-off no later than 2 p.m. on Wednesday to allow time to put merchandise out on racks and tables. Doors lock at 3 p.m. to prepare for the pre-sale.

All consignors (past and new) need to contact us to let us know you will be participating in the Fall 2010 sale. Previous consignors may start confirming their participation in the fall sale on June 1st, 2010 . You must confirm your participation in our sale to be eligible to consign.

We will begin issuing numbers for new consignors on June 15th, 2010 .

This is important so we can update all information and so we can plan ahead for rack and table space. Also, please have all merchandise properly sorted and ready for drop-off.

PRE-SALE (for volunteers, consignors and guests)
Wednesday, September 15th

Every consignor can shop at the pre-sale starting at 8 p.m. If you volunteer your time or barter services, you can shop early at the volunteer pre-sale. Each volunteer must also be a consignor. You only have to consign a minimum of 4 items to consign.

NOTE: Due to traffic and safety concerns we encourage pre-sale shoppers to car pool if at all possible. The Andover Police Department may be ticketing cars illegally parked. Thanks for your help and cooperation in this challenge of our increasingly successful event.

Volunteer Pre-Sale Schedule:

Pre-sale volunteers may enter at 4:30 p.m.
12-hour shift volunteers may enter at 4:30 p.m.
Thursday "prime-time" volunteers may enter at 5:30 p.m.
Saturday sort volunteers may enter at 5:30 p.m.
4-hour shift volunteers may enter at 6:00 p.m.
2-hour shift/bartering volunteers may enter at 7:00 p.m.
All other consignors and guests may enter at 8:00 p.m.

• Pre-sale volunteers: A limited number of pre-sale volunteer slots are available. These volunteers will work from 6 p.m. until 10 p.m. during pre-sale plus one additional 2-hour shift during the week of the sale. These volunteers may enter the pre-sale at 4:30 p.m.
• 12-hour shift volunteers: A limited number of 12-hour volunteer slots are available. These volunteers must work at least 6 or more hours in a continuous shift and the remaining hours at any other time during the sale. Four of the 12 hours may be used for bartering. These volunteers may enter the pre-sale at 4:30 p.m.
• Thursday "prime-time" volunteers: These volunteers will be working 4 hours on Thursday during the hours of 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. In addition, they will need to work another 2-hour shift anytime during the sale. These volunteers may enter the pre-sale at 5:30 p.m.
• Saturday sort volunteers: These volunteers will be working 4 hours on Saturday during the hours of 1 p.m. - 9 p.m. In addition, they will need to work another 2-hour shift anytime during the sale. These volunteers may enter the pre-sale at 5:30 p.m.
• 4-hour shift volunteers: For those who work a 4-hour shift (or two 2-hour shifts), you may enter the pre-sale at 6:00 p.m.
• 2-hour shift/bartering volunteers: For those who volunteer 2 hours or barter services, you may enter the pre-sale at 7:00 p.m.
• All other consignors and guests may enter the pre-sale at 8:00 p.m.

Every consignor will receive one "guest pass" that can be given to anyone - the guest pass allows a guest to shop the pre-sale at 8 p.m. If a consignor enters earlier because they are a volunteer - the guest must wait until 8 p.m. to enter. (Guest passes are for the pre-sale only. They cannot be used for the Consignor 1/2 price sale. And remember - no kids at pre-sale.)
All "guests" must be at least 12 years of age to attend presale and can only enter the pre-sale at 8 p.m.

We appreciate all the help we can get. Without your help, the sale could not run as smoothly as it does.

All consignors, volunteers, and guests attending the pre-sale must have
the appropriate pass to get in the door.
LIMIT ONE ADULT PER PASS
NO CHILDREN OR INFANTS AT THE PRE-SALE, PLEASE.
YOU MAY BRING A CHILD AS A "GUEST" AT 8:00 P.M. USING YOUR GUEST PASS - THE CHILD MUST BE AT LEAST 12 YEARS OF AGE.

CONSIGNOR 1/2 PRICE SALE
FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 17TH FROM 7 P.M. TO 9 P.M.

We want to give our consignors all the benefits we possibly can - so the Consignor 1/2 price sale will be on Friday evening before the 1/2 price sale opens to the public on Saturday. We hope you can take advantage of this great opportunity. Consignor 1/2 price sale is for consignors only - no guests. You must have a pass to enter the door.

PUBLIC SALE DATES

Thursday, September 16th - 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Friday, September 17th - 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Saturday (Half-Price Day), September 18th - 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Remember, any item that does NOT have a star on the tag will go half-price on Saturday.

PICK-UP AND CHECK-OUT
Saturday, September 18th

Check-out will be from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. for all consignors on Saturday evening, September 18th.

Consignor #'s 1 through 700 will pick up from 6:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Consignor #'s 701 through 1000 will pick up from 6:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Consignor #'s 1001 through 1200 will pick up from 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Consignor #'s 1201 and above will pick up from 7:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Any merchandise not picked up by 8:00 p.m. on Saturday
will be donated to charity.

We must leave the building on Saturday night and we cannot take merchandise home with us due to space limitations. If you are not able to pick up your unsold merchandise, please make arrangements for someone to pick them up for you. The donation truck will be loaded at this time. Any unsold merchandise must be picked up by 8:00 p.m or it will be donated to charity.
